We ship most items via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Our store communicates with USPS and UPS to get actual shipping quotes based on the shipping weight of your package. Please note that for oversized items, the actual product weight may be different than the "shipping weight" used by the carriers to calculate their rates. Most in-stock items are shipped within one business day of receiving the order.
Returns & Replacements
Our return policy is easy...if you do not like an item for any reason, just let us know within 10 days of receipt and we will make it right. Call us or e-mail for a return authorization number, then send the item back with that number clearly marked on the package. If the item is broken or defective, we will even pay for shipping.
Ordering
You may order on Toyzingo.com as either a registered user or as a guest. We encourage you to register as this allows you to check your order status and order history at any time. You do not have to provide additional information to register (except for a password) and you may elect not to receive our newsletter. You may also order by telephone at 1-877-457-3287 during normal business hours, US Central Time.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks as payment. Please note that we are unable to ship orders until checks have cleared.
At any given time, Toyzingo will generally have a number of active promotions and special pricing arrangements, such as sale prices, shipping specials, coupon codes and more. Unless specifically stated in a promotion, only one special promotion or offer can be applied to a single order.
Viewing Orders
If you have registered with us, you may log into your account and check the status of your orders at any time. You may also review your past orders.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information, just click the "My Account" link at the top of every page on Toyzingo. After you log in, you will be able to review and update your account information. If you have pending orders, please give us a call or send us an email if your changes could affect delivery of your order. Depending on where your order is in the processing cycle, we may not see your changes in time.
